The Ins & Outs

The Mission Statement
The Ultimate Goal
To create a sense of wellbeing and happiness and serve as a beacon of inspiration and aspiration to our students. We aim to provide hope and opportunities for those in a specific career path, with the company adhering to its logo symbol of Greek Mythology, ‘the Owl of Minerva’.
Revolutionise Learning
Original x Innovative
HoK strives to be a champion of pursuing equal parts original and inventive, with our interactive career simulations crafted and refined until they are as informative, inspiring, and engaging as they can possibly be.

Integrity Meets Responsibility
Grounding Our Moral Compass
HoK understands that helping students realise their career ambitions is a great responsibility. The simplest of lessons can have a profound and lasting impact on a young person’s life. Our courses and overall operations are run with an esteemed level of integrity. This includes but is not limited to promoting the value of job satisfaction over monetary gain or looking for new ways to help our environment and local communities.
HoK will promote and work extensively with students who are sponsored by a bursary, all in close collaboration with esteemed organisations that inspire young underprivileged students and enable them to unlock a better future.
Appreciate the Bigger Picture
Prioritising Long-Term Results
The landscape of education, training and employment opportunities that students face is much more complex and challenging than that faced by previous generations. Qualification requirements for top employers are ever changing and young people face a wider range of choice of courses, places to study, and careers available in various sectors. Making the right choice for yourself can be overwhelming.
It is our statutory and moral duty to ensure that all pupils receive independent, impartial advice and guidance regarding all their options. HoK will help students optimise their decisions at this crucial stage in their life, by informing them of all their options and introducing them to the world of work via preparation for life after school.
As such the aim of our careers education short courses is to help pupils have a successful transition to adult life. We want you to take ownership of your own career path by developing the skills and confidence needed to make informed decisions for yourselves. HoK will provide the necessary information and guidance, which will enable the young person to manage their own transitions between the different stages of their education and career.
